Dear Ashramites! This video thrills me for so many reasons. First, because even though I am in Utah, on my way to Kazakhstan, my current home, the people I am spending my Friday nights with, my every morning with, many meals with are each of you. We have had nearly four years of making and remaking the ashram, which is one of the most important things in my life. It makes me so happy to see you all together, the old stalwarts Patricia and Diana, the committed and daily practicing, even if it is at home VAlentina, good ole Oscar and Juan Pablo (who is there even though he isn't) who will show up for any new event we hold, and dear Carmen and Or the newest and dearest and most commited pillars of Mysore yoga in Bogota. Ok, there is so much to love here, first, that you are all together, were you about to practice??? I love when Carmen gives the instruction, in a very THREE way, of when it is time to say Happy Birthday. I love Or greeting Santi and all of you remembering Maggie and the song. Every time we watch this Kelly stands up and starts dancing, this is such a great song. I treasure each of you and this community, ever changing, and infinitely rich and meaningful and life changing.
